Statement

Dorill Initiative (Dorill) is committed to helping at-promise youth tap into their limitless potential and creative power to transform communities and create social change.

As an arts education organization, we holistically coach young citizen artists to tell their authentic stories through high-caliber artistic training, academic + self-esteem coaching, civic action and community engagement workshops. We are equipping the next generation of DoERs to become more conscious, vulnerable and radical leaders who can galvanize communities and disrupt systems of oppression.

Dorill’s vision is to create a world where every community has access to a holistic arts education; where every family is seen, heard and centered, and where every young artist is valued for their limitless potential.
